Sire: Jasper 366 (Sport)

Dam: Geartsje-Jitske W (Hearke (pref)

Fardau Geartsje W, a weanling Foalbook Filly joined Huntington from The Netherlands in April 2002. She was the first offspring of the famous Jasper 366 to be imported into Australia.

Fardau, a fine example of the more modern Friesian inherited Jasper's striking looks and talent for harness. She lived up to her early promise as a harness horse by being awarded Champion Harness Horse at her first show.

Fardau's harness career was put on hold for her to join the brood mare band for a while. She has had a colt and a filly by Xavier and a filly by Lammert 260 (pref) via imported frozen semen. All three are good types that have inherited her calm and people loving nature.

Fardau's harness career was revived in 2011 when she was paired with Metsje to compete at the Australian Carriage Society's 40th Anniversary Combined Driving Event. They came a creditable 4th in a very strong field.

In 2012, Fardau was paired with Zanneke. They competed in a series of CDEs over the Winter driving season, improving at each outing to be the winners at the final Shibumi One day Event.
